In this episode, Tony's secure job is at risk of being taken away when a Real Estate agent reveals the possible future owner of The 502.
“No one ever talks about how these things changed the entire neighbourhood landscape?" says Magnum the Robin Private Investigator. "They're a curse and a blessing!"
“He’ll be here,” says Magnum confidently.
“He better!" says Roch the Real Estate agent. “Otherwise, I’ll get in touch with the press!"
"Excuse me!" says Tony. "Who are you?"
“There he is," says Roch. “Tony, I’m Roch the Real Estate agent, I’ll make this quick, The 502 belonged to the Overlord, as you know?!"
“Very troubling, his death, yes,” bemoans Roch, “Of course, he had no offspring, no will, and...voila!"
"You're out of work!" says Roch.
"Out of work!" screams Tony.
“The 502 was sold!” explains Roch. “I'm finalizing the deal today."
Roch paces to other side of The 502 patio.
"But, that’s the least of your concerns Tony," says Roch. “You and a female friend were here the night of The Overlord's murder."
“And, hours later, your wife showed up!” explains Roch. “All on camera on a property I was selling across the street."
"Excuse me, you... behind the controls!!! says Zach the Consiligiere Crow, "Can you turn down the luminance, my clients live in a black and white world, if you know what I mean, please and thank you!"
"Ohhh, that's perfect,, cue the song…that's it....” screams Zach. “All Good!"
I'M SO LONESOME I COULD CRY by Hank Williams begins to play.
Marcus-another crow lands on the wire next to Zach's left. Zach walks away singing the lyrics.
"To hear that lonesome whippoorwill, he sounds to blue to fly..."
“So, whatta we know about these guys?”questions Marcus.
Marcus tries to interrupt, “this is a very important meeting, would you get yourself together!"
Zach continues. "The midnight train is whining low!!!"
Zach turns back to Marcus, raises his head and screams out singing...."I'm so lonesome I could cry!"
“This is so unprofessional” says Marcus. “all these birds songs, what’s next, chicken fried?"
"Here they come!" says Zach. “You’re lucky, chicken fried is in my range."
Quinnin lands next to Zach and Marcus.
“Welcome to…” says Marcus.
Quinnin interrupts the attempt for small talk, "Spare us the niceties, what's the asking price?"
Zach looks at Marcus, back to Quinnen:
"If you have to ask, you can't afford it!” says Zach.
The mood turns cold fast.
"Whhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!" laughs Broadway Joe. "You have moxie kid, if you have to ask...you can't afford it!"
"I have a Champlain Park place to look at!" says Zach. “Let me know when you learn some manners."
"I don't like these guys!" says Quinnen.
"Enough of that!" says Broadway Joe, “Get in touch with the Real Estate agent!"
