Previously on The 502, Zach insults Gastineau for questioning the price of the 502, and Roch reveals information about Tony and his extra-marital affairs.
Gastineau sits on a wire above The 502. "Whatta think, boss?" says Gastineau. "If you ask me, the price seems a little high!"
Roch sits on the patio ledge of The 502:
"Pricey?" says Roch. "This whole neighborhood is going through genetrification!"
Broadway Joe looks down on the property: "Nobody ask you, tell me about this 502!"
"It's a beauty?" screams Roch, "You can't beat the location!"
"It sits on a jumbo piece of property!" exclaims Roch.
"All the boardwalk you will need for a evening stroll?" says Roch.
"What's the tax situation?" says Gastineau.
"Two Thousand!" says Roch. "Per month!"
"Two Thousand?" says Gastineau. "Please, you're giving me a heart-attack!"
"What, too much" yells Roch. "Fine, I have someone coming to visit this afternoon."
CUT TO:
"It's nothing special, maybe I can convince my father to buy the place!" says Jolene, "Then I can give it to Tony."
"It'll be an early birthday present!" says Jolene. "Maybe that'll cheer him up?"
"We can change the menu," says Jolene. "Maybe add some new decor!"
