Previously on The 502, Deputy Holmes travelled up-the-line and hears from the testimony of an eye-witness to the murders.
"Boss, that's Magnum again with a false flag, " says Holmes. "Who owns The 502 is the last thing on my mind."
Sanchez looks at Holmes with suspicion:
"You say that with such confidence."
Sanchez attempts to walk away but Holmes steps in his path.
"Boss, I can't let you leave until you answer this question," says Holmes. "Where were you when the Overlord and Mayor were killed"
"Ahhhh, let's see, for the Mayor, I was with you," replies Sanchez.
"Boss, you were late that morning," says Holmes.
"Oh, yeah, that's right, there was a big line-up at Timmies," says Sanchez. "I was late, so what?"
"Between you and Magnum, please," says Sanchez. "Get to the point or get out the way, I have work to do."
"Boss, Joyce said you and your brother were there," says Holmes. "She described someone who looked like you."
"I don't know what you're talking about." says Sanchez.
Just as he finishes his sentence, SCREAMING can be heard on the next street.
“This ain’t over, boss!” says Holmes.
Holmes rushes to the scene.
Holmes looks up to the tree top and spots Gastineau. "We're leaving town, I hate this weather, and tell the new owner of The 502 it was a dump!" screams Gastineau.
An Egg from an unknown nest lies cracked on the pavement.
"And, tell Zach you mess with the bull, you'll get the horn." Gastineau flies away, laughing.
